About the MOQ of Esmoon LED auto lights?

Sample order: each type 1~2 pcs.

Normal order: 1 full carton.

OEM/ODM order: 500 pcs.

How to place a order?

1.1.Please tell us your requirements, such as : Packaging requirement,appearance requirement,LED type, Beam Pattern or OEM LOGO…etc. Company Name, Address,contact person and contact phone number are needed as well.
2.The Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you.
3.Please check and confirm the PI.
4.After you confirmed the PI. Please send the payment to us.
5.The order will be produced after our Financial Department confirmed your payment.
6.Your order will be tracked until you get it.

Can I have my own logo on the products?(OEM)

Yes, you can put your logo on the products with a required order quantity. Please just send us the information of your Logo.

Can you design one specially?(ODM)
Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.

Your products meet all certificates requirements?
Yes, Esmoon auto lights have been exported all over the world like America, Europe, Middle East and so on. We get CE ,ROHS, Emark…etc approval for our products.

Warranty : 12 months since shipment

Lead Time:  1-3 days for sample order,within 15 days for bulk quantity.

For small order: We can arrange dropship by International Express: DHL, Fedex, UPS..etc.

For bulk order:We can ship by sea:20’GP, 40’GP, 40’HQ, LCL, FCL,the loading port is Guangzhou.

Payment Terms:

1. Paypal (suit to order value less than 1000 USD).
2. Western Union, Bank transfer.
3. T/T, 30% deposit and the balance upon the bill of lading copy.

How do I know when my order has shipped? 
For sample order, all in-stock items on your order will ship out that day excluding holidays. You will receive our email within 24 hours containing your tracking information. If any items in your order are out of stock, you will receive our email when a shipment is made. Once shipment information is available, you can also track your order on express website, selecting ‘Order Status and History’ and selecting ‘Track Order’. If you have requested shipment using a carrier other than FedEx, please contact us for shipment information.

Can I arrange the shipment by myself or my agent?
Yes,of course, you could also arrange shipment by yourself or by your agent in China mainland or HK. In this case,we will make the deal on EXW Basis.

What if my lights damaged?
We understand, Should you receive an order with damaged items, contact us directly and we will be happy to provide you with a credit or replacement.

Is there a warranty on the product I buy?
Yes. we stand behind all of the products we sell and are happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

What does IP 67 mean? 

This is a standardized way to measure solid particle (the first number (6)) and liquid (the second number (7)) penetration resistance. In this case, 6 is the highest level for solid particle resistance meaning that the unit is dust tight. 7 is the second highest level, but considering these aren’t meant for submarines, it is the highest practical level you should pay for and means these lights can stand to be submerged below 3.2 feet of water for 30 minutes without damage.

What is meant by “Beam Pattern”?

Our lights come in 3 different configurations: Spot,  Flood, or a Combination of both.

A spot beam produces a cone of light in a narrow 8º – 10º spread (depending on the exact light). This is good for specific task type lighting, or additional visibility when driving at night.

A flood beam produces a cone of light in a wide 90º spread. This is good for general work lighting, lighting up an off road trail that may have overhead tree limbs that you want to see, etc.

A combination combines these both. They have lights on the outside of the bar that produce a flood pattern while the inner lights produce a spot pattern. These are a great overall light with a lot of versatility and are our best selling lights for that reason.

That said, we normally recommend and mostly stock the combo pattern. Why? Because these lights offer the greatest versatility. Due to their small size, the pods only come in either spot or flood, not combo. The spots produce enough light spread that they seem to be more effective and a better all around light, and as such we carry mostly the spot configuration of the pods.
